We also ask that you provide pictures of any damaged item, both shipping box and the order itself. Unopened items must be returned within 14 days of the product being purchased. This date is based on each individual product purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment.
Seismic will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from will not be refunded). Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment.
Items must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in original condition, no refund will be issued. Opened items that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened or tampered with will not be accepted. Purchased items must be returned in original condition in order to receive a refund.
If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we will do our best to provide you a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Defective items must be shipped back and received first prior to a issuing a replacement. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item, or something of equal value.
We are not able to accept any figures or items that have been disassembled or modified in any way, due to the overall quality and integrity being compromised.
We work hard to make pre-orders a convenient experience and an easy opportunity to guarantee access to products before they are released. We firmly believe that no one should miss out on the opportunity to purchase a limited edition product.
All pre-order opportunities are made available on a "first-come first-serve" basis. Please read over this policy page if you have any questions about our pre-order fulfillment process.
A pre-order guarantees that you will receive the item even though it has not yet been manufactured. Once your item is completed and we receive a shipping date from the manufacturer you will be notified of an approximate arrival date for your order. These dates are subject to change due to elements beyond our control and unfortunately, delays can happen.
As soon as we know any new details or changes about our ship dates, we will update our listing on the website and post the update to our social media channels. If a product delay is longer than expected, you will be contacted by us directly via e-mail.
We promise to keep you up to date, but there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive to us or our customers.
No compensation will be given for pre-orders that arrive late.
All pre-orders will be charged in full, at the time your order is being placed. This ensures your item is secure and held for you.
Customers can purchase both pre-order and in-stock items in the same order. Please be aware that your in-stock purchase will arrive first, prior to the pre-ordered item. This may result in a difference in shipping cost as the items will arrive separately.
You can cancel pre-orders up to one month prior to item ship date listed at time of purchase.
Any cancelled pre-orders beyond this point will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This amount is nonrefundable. To cancel your order, please email us with your name, shipping address and order number.
Pricing and Fulfillment:
We will reach out to you via email prior to your pre-order shipment. This e-mail will remind you of the order details.
We ask that you review your order information. Should a change in address be required you must contact us prior to the items being shipped. We are not responsible for any items that are shipped to the wrong address. Please be diligent in sharing any new shipping information with us, as you will be responsible for any increase in shipping cost as a result of the address change.
In very rare circumstances, the price of a pre-order may change prior to final shipment. If this should occur, you will be notified about this as soon as we receive the solicitation from our manufacturer.
This change could happen due to actions beyond our control such as market conditions for materials, tariffs, pricing errors, unpredictable world events, giant monster attacks, etc. In the event of a price increase, we will notify you immediately. If you chose to cancel your pre-order due to the unforeseen increase in price, you will be refunded in full.
We work hard to fulfill every pre-order we receive, but if for some reason, we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will cancel it and immediately refund your purchase and shipping price in full. No additional compensation will be given for the inconvenience.
Please note that items for sale on our website such as vintage and non-Seismic products are going to occasionally come with defects, paint chips and scuffs, slight creases in tags, tear in bags, missing pieces, or wear and tear to packaging or product due to age.
Please carefully read the description and review all photographs of any and all items prior to making your purchase. These items are sold in the condition they were purchased by us at the time. We take no responsibility for any wear and tear of non-Seismic Original items for sale.
Pre-ordering is a helpful way for us to guarantee a certain number of toys are manufactured to meet the demand of our customers. We like to think of it as peace of mind to know you will receive a product at launch. If you're excited about an item to pre-order, you can bet we are too!
